We have the information that AJ Michalka<\/strong> will be voicing Catra<\/strong> in the reboot of 1985’s “She\u2013Ra: Princess of Power<\/strong>” that called “She\u2013Ra and the Princesses of Power<\/strong>” from DreamWorks Animation Television<\/strong>. As Entertainment Weekly<\/strong> says, the series will debut on Netflix<\/strong> this year. She already confirmed it on Twitter<\/strong><\/a> by leaving a tweet (It\u2019s happening! Wait till you see who I play *heart emoji<\/strong>* AJ<\/strong>) and liking some posts dedicated to this upcoming show.<\/p>\n

\nNoelle Stevenson<\/em> didn\u2019t grow up watching She\u2013Ra: Princess of Power<\/strong>, but she wishes she had. The original She\u2013Ra<\/strong> \u2014 which followed Princess Adora<\/em>, the twin sister of Prince Adam<\/em> (a.k.a. He-Man<\/em>) \u2014 debuted in 1985<\/em>, more than six years before Stevenson<\/em> was born.<\/p>\n

But now she\u2019s co-executive producer (alongside Chuck Austen<\/strong>) on a reboot, She\u2013Ra and the Princesses of Power<\/strong>, from DreamWorks Animation Television<\/strong> that will debut on Netflix<\/strong> later this year.<\/p>\n

The series will feature the voices of Grey\u2019s Anatomy<\/strong> alum Sandra Oh<\/strong>, Orange Is the New Black<\/strong>\u2018s Lorraine Toussaint<\/strong>, black-ish<\/strong>\u2018s Marcus Scribner<\/strong>, Dancing With the Stars<\/strong> champ Jordan Fisher<\/strong>, and Young & Hungry<\/strong>\u2018s Aimee Carrero<\/strong>.\n<\/div>\n
